Today - Got a decent workout in... I didn't pack enough last night, and forgot to pack work shoes, and then forgot to eat breakfast. BUT I saw a bald eagle, so all in all, it was an alright morning.

12 leg lifts
12 db snatch (27.5 lbs)
20 box jumps
20 leg lefts
15 db snatch
3 x 12 wide grip lat pull down
3 x 12 low row
