-Mountain jump lunge 30 sec max reps
10 sec rest And do it all over times four!
Tri extentions 12 reps 15/20 lbs
Curls 12 reps 15/20 lbs (Yup mals a beast!)
3 sets
10 min treadmill 10 incline and 3.0 speed
