I think we're so sore that we aren't sore anymore... time to get after it! Temptations are piling up (ie. my sister bringing over a bag of doughnuts) but we're way too motivated to give in!

Ab Burner
3 rounds:
1 min toe touches
1 min russian twist
30 sec plank
1 min side plank
1 min crazy ivans
30 sec recover
Back Definer
3 rounds:
1 min supermans
30 sec plank row
1 min SL dl & row
1 min opposite arm/leg extension
1 min plank row to rotation
30 sec recover
